We are seeing what happens when we focus on gifting rather than calling and discipling. We are seeing what happens when we allow people motivated by pride and selfish ambition to be given platforms, prominence, promotion and opportunity prematurely absent from effective training. Unfortunately, saints, what we are experiencing is premature birthing, which creates a sick, unprocessed disciple, that leads to a sick, unprocessed and despondent group of believers.
